Report bugs
Your input is tremendously important to us. Please report bugs using the form below. Before you report a bug, please make sure you have completed the following steps:

1. Read our tips on how to report a bug that someone will want to help fix.

2. Make sure it isn't a support question. For support, see the Support page.

3. Describe everything in detail. State what you saw, and what you expected to see. Write down the error messages, especially if they have numbers in.

Important notice: There ist some trouble to process bug reports that say nothing ("It doesn't work!"); reports that make no sense; reports that don't give enough information; reports that give wrong information. Reports of problems that turn out to be user error; reports of problems that turn out to be the fault of somebody else's program; reports of problems that turn out to be network failures.  

If you are submitting a bug report, please try also to include the following information: the version of Chess Academy you are running, the operation system you are using, configuration of your PC, what you did immediately before appearing the problem, and the current screen that was displayed when the problem occured.
